Rich Pruszynski

Rich joined PCA in 2007 as Partnership Development Representative for the Upper Midwest and New England from 2007-2009 and Senior Account Manager from 2009-2013. In 2019, Rich was promoted to Associate Director, Program Support. In this role, Rich will continue to manage the Partner Support Team, as well as provide support to the entire Program Manager Team through his leadership.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Rich played lacrosse and ran cross-country for Central Catholic High School and earned his BA in Elementary and Middle School Education from Marquette University (Milwaukee, WI), where he played lacrosse. Rich brings several years' experience as a teacher, athletic director, and coach. He has been coaching since 2000, including a 15-year post as a head lacrosse coach at Milwaukee's Marquette University High School, guiding the Hilltoppers to multiple state championships. Rich is Wisconsin's all-time winningest coach (Boys Lacrosse) and the first WI high school lacrosse coach to guide a team to 100 wins (2013).

When not working or coaching, Rich is spending time with his wife and sons engaged in outdoor adventures throughout Wisconsin and Michigan.
