Olympic Basketball Gold Medalist and Former WNBA Player

Bolton is a former collegiate, Olympic and professional basketball player. A 2011 Basketball Hall of Fame inductee, Bolton led Auburn University to three SEC championships and four NCAA tournament appearances. After graduating with a degree in exercise physiology, she began her professional career in Europe.  She earned gold medals with the U.S. National Team in the 1996 and 2000 Olympics. Bolton joined the Sacramento Monarchs in 1997, and in 2000 she led the team to the playoffs. In her eight-year WNBA career she garnered first team All-WNBA and All-Star honors. The Monarchs retired Bolton’s jersey in 2005.
